Twenty Books

Date: []

I enjoyed participating in the #20books20days challenge on Mastodon. The original wording of the challenge was “20 books that have had an impact on who you are. One book a day for 20 days. No explanations, no reviews, just book covers.”

I liked the rule of no explanations, because it took away the pressure to write insightful comments on each book. The books range from the sublime to the silly, but each one really did have an impact on who I am.

Here they are, arranged in roughly the order that I read them.

My Book House Peanuts The City Under The Back Steps Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland Something Wicked This Way Comes The World Of Marcel Duchamp The Hobbit Ubik Cat’s Cradle Diet For A Small Planet Juggling For The Complete Klutz Passionate Journey The Sunlight Dialogues The First And Last Freedom The Masks Of God Solaris The Elements Of Style Portable Shell Programming From The Realm Of Morpheus Underworld
